Graham became a favorite target of Drew Brees, as the big-play flashes from the end of his rookie season carried over into his second year.

He finished the season ranked first on the Saints in catches, receiving yardage and touchdown grabs with a franchise-record 99 receptions for 1,310 yards (13.2 avg.) and 11 touchdowns as the only tight end in franchise history to record 1,000 yards receiving and only the second in NFL record books to surpass 1,300, as he was selected a Pro Bowl starter. His playoff performances were prolific in all categories for a Saints tight end in postseason record books.

Overall in two seasons, Graham has recorded 130 receptions for 1,666 yards (12.8 avg.) with 16 touchdowns. His 66-yard touchdown reception in the NFC Divisional Playoff was the longest by a Saints tight end since 1987.
